Foreword
 Edilmatic EMP Lifting System is an effective, safe device easy to use, which has been developed to lift and handle concrete structures. It can be used to remove elements from formworks and store them as well as in building yards to position and assemble elements.
The Lifting System basically consists of an insert, a Lifting PEG, to be positioned in the formwok before casting, as well as a HANDLE as connection for the Peg while handling. It functions as connector between “the lifting equipment” (crane, bridge crane, etc) and the concrete insert.
The Peg is equipped with a CONTAINMENT CASING to create a hollow in the structure, it allows the Peg head to be "in full sight" at its surface and also a subsequent linking up with the Handle to occur.
The Handle is equipped with a safety sliding PIN as reference for a proper linking of the two components.
This catalogue and the Use Handbook (supplied with) shall always be available and ready to reach to the users, in order to ensure a proper and effective use of the system.
