TA - PB plates

EDILMATIC PLATES are designed to solve restraint problems encountered in CLS elements.
They are available in different lengths, according to the anchoring distance, and in various shapes, according to the load and the type of channel used.
The slot on the back of the plate affords optimal distance adjustment; the knurled surface coupled with the counter-plate preclude slide once assembly has been finalised. The E marking is a guarantee of QUALITY control; furthermore, each plate is marked with the product Lot code, reference order as well as the month and year of production.

Hot-rolled plates made from S355J2G3 QUALITY STEEL (UNI EN 10025).
All plates are have knurled surface, and are supplied with cold electroplated galvanising, with guaranteed minimum coating of 12 micron (UNI ISO 2081).
Couples exclusively with knurled 38x38 counter-plate.

Hot-rolled plates made from CF9SMnPb36 QUALITY STEEL (UNI EN 10087).
All plates have knurled surface, and are supplied with cold electroplated galvanising, with guaranteed minimum coating of 12 micron (UNI ISO 2081).
Used for high restraint applications or when greater adjustment precision is required.
Couples exclusively with knurled 38x38 counter-plates.
Thanks to bolts available in a wide range of sizes, almost any restraint distance can be reached.
