MT WALL BRACKET
EDILMATIC stabiliser system known as MT WALL BRACKET is the rational, simple and safe solution to problems posed by prefabricated panels fitted to the exterior of pillars and other prefabricated structures in general.
The system effectively eliminates space consumption during storage and transport of elements to be assembled, while doing away with the problems caused by the creation of unsightly spaces in the event of reuse of the pillar, thus allowing adequate room for adjustments along the three Cartesian axes.
The slots in the lower part of the bracket permit additional angular adjustments to compensate positioning errors of the CLAMPED PLATE.
The system consists of three elements:
- (1) CLAMPED PLATE (INSERT) to be positioned on the load-bearing element (COLUMN)
- (2) LOAD DISTRIBUTOR (INSERT) to be positioned on the load element (PANEL)
- (3) BRACKET connecting the two elements.It is supplied with nut and bolt (4) and locking bolts and washers (5)
Depending on the capacity required, three models are available:
MT4 bracket
maximum capacity 40 kN

maximum capacity 120 kN

4 standard types of brackets as well as 2 new MT bracket types are available:
MT2 wall bracket with a capacity equal to 20kN being featured by very small overall dimensions; perfect solution in case of elements having both light weight and small dimensions;
horizontal MOT6 bracket with a capacity equal to 60kN suitable for bearing concrete elements, in case a point of support on a Beam and/or Floor extrados is required.
