Anti-rotation washer

The ANTI-ROTATION WASHER ensures a greater degree of safety when accessories are being assembled.
The special shape of the washer prevents rotation of the EDILMATIC BOLT in either direction during tightening to the channel.
The washer is made from quality cold-rolled steel, and is supplied with cold electroplated galvanized finish with a minimum coating thickness of 12 micron (UNI ISO 2081).
It comes in two versions, for M14 and M16 bolts.

Anti-lock spacer

In special cases, the ANTI-ROTATION WASHER can also be used with the ANTI-LOCK SPACER. The latter component is designed to allow tightening of the BOLT in the channel (preventing it from unscrewing) while stopping it from locking, thus enabling subsequent adjustments (along the axis of the channel) over the entire length available. When the SPACER is fitted, the bolt remains inside the channel, free to slide longitudinally though unable to rotate on itself or exit from the channel. The part can be used with M14 and M16 bolts.
The spacer, made by mechanical processing of special steel, is supplied with cold electroplated galvanized finish with minimum coating thickness of 12 micron (UNI ISO 2081).
N.B. The use of the spacer does not affect the characteristics of the systems in which it is applied as regards permitted loads and adjustments.
