Simple system and easy to be applied that allows the tightening and the adjustment at distance between the two concrete elements (Beam-panels/Platforms- parapets etc.)
It is mainly composed of an hexagonal threaded bush half with left thread and half with right thread.
In –reference chamfer” part TA L= 50 mm Left Bolts (M14-M16) hall be put with left thread.
In the opposite side TA standard bolts shall be put with suitable length according to the anchoring distance that has to be joined.
Once the bolts tightening to hollow profiles in concrete elements is done, the adjustment shall be done through the two nuts adjacent Stay Bolt.
LOADS
The maximum load applicable to the system varies according to the type of HOLLOW PROFILE used.
As an indication we give the maximum load applicable of the single component according to the type of threaded bar for applications without HOLLOW PROFILE.
MATERIALS
TA bolts are made of Quality steel 30MnB3 UNI EN 10083
The Stay Bolts are made of “automatic”
PS113 EN 10087-98 - DIN 1651-88 steel
